SuperIntelligence (superintel.com, live.superintel.com, market.superintel.com and the relay API) is operated by SuperFile Inc.. The agreements below apply; where this page and the guarantees page describe the same behaviour, the guarantees page is the precise statement.
Terms and privacy
- Terms of service — the Super family terms, which cover this service.
- Privacy policy — the Super family privacy policy. What this relay keeps, and for how long, is listed exactly on the guarantees page; you can delete your account on your page or with
DELETE /v1/me. - Marketplace terms — for sellers and buyers on market.superintel.com.
API terms
These terms apply to programmatic use of the relay (/v1/*) by a Super product or by a third party holding a service token.
- Access. Calls are authenticated with a SuperID access token or a service token issued by SuperFile Inc.. A token may be withdrawn at any time; rate limits apply per address and are returned as
429withRetry-After. - Your content. You keep every right in what you send and receive. The relay does not store prompts or answers; it stores the items listed on the guarantees page. Frontier models, when chosen, receive the aliased prompt under the provider's own terms; the receipt names the provider.
- Acceptable use. Do not use the relay to send content you have no right to send, to identify or profile people without a lawful basis, to attack the service or its models, or to circumvent the aliasing or the limits. Abuse reports go to [email protected].
- Receipts. A receipt is a signature over hashes. It proves which model answered and what the hashed inputs and output were; it is not a warranty that an answer is correct, and no answer is professional advice.
- Service. The relay is provided as is, without warranty, and its guarantees are those stated and marked Live on the guarantees page — nothing marked Building is promised. The Super family terms govern liability and disputes.
- Changes. These terms are versioned with the code; the date at the top of the guarantees page is the date of the current version.
